hair disaster
Freshmen year I came to VSU with long dark/brown hair and by the time I left school my hair was badly damaged. My hair broke off and was very dry. Just like any other student at VSU I blamed it on the water, although this myth could be true we all know it’s not just the water. To prevent breakage and hair disasters, as stated on http://www.hairstylescut.com/advice/damaged-weak-hair.htm, here go some tips for you college students.
1. Regularly cut and trim damaged areas with split ends or poorly maintained layers.
2. Hair coloring products and dyes can make your hair damage and harsh chemical in coloring can damages hair and restrict their growth.
3. Use shampoo suitable for your hair type and remember that hair is more delicate and can easily be damaged when wet.
4. Long hair needs regular conditioning to rejuvenate strands that may be years old.
5. Drink plenty of water for natural moisture to hair.
6. Eat a balanced diet including multivitamins and proteins to encourage hair growth.
7. Massage your hair with hot oil before washing and exercise also helps to stimulate blood flow to the scalp and hair follicles.
Avoid stressful situations that may prompt hair loss
