I would just like to bless you creative minds with images of what your room could look like with a little bit of help.
mothers day jewlery
If you haven't looked at mother's jewelry lately you might be surprised at the huge variety of designs that are available, because mother's jewelry isn't made solely to display her child's birthstones. While birthstones are still an important component of many pieces, mother's jewelry covers a wide range of styles, from traditional to very contemporary.
here are a list of sites you can visit to find some jewlery.

sex does the body good?
could this be true, does sex really do the body good? studies say sex is good for tension release and exercise. according to an article i found on google It is much easier for a woman to learn how to love herself, if she has a man, who desires and worships her. "also It is generally believed that human beings have sex either for pleasure or reproduction. However, the number of people driven with these motivations has been reducing steadily during the recent years. The majority of humans use sex as the most pleasant and available remedy for a whole bouquet of problems."
Katy Perry SELLS OUT!
trendy in the sun, coachella-style
Floral-print rompers, faded cutoffs, loose-fitting smocks in wild, tribal prints—these styles are what's new this summer. these are just new way to beat the California heat as seen at the Coachella music festival as there were hipsters in the crowd. The only constants? Statement boots (or, yes, heels) and a pair of shades, what else would you expect in sunny california.

Lady gaga upset with fox.
Supposedly lady gaga is very upset with fox network; apparently fox aired a five minute clip of lady gaga performing her latest single Alejandro, including a grand finale that involved Gaga posing under a dripping statue of a burning angel. The problem is that wasn’t enough for the star who aired her frustration out on twitter. Gaga states "FOX POORLY AMATEURLY edited cut my performance/musical arrangement on idol." And then refers her fans to the “real version” on Perez Hilton blog.
Tips for mothers day
suprise your mom with a trip or fun outtings even a kool activity will do. keep in mind preplaned is the easiest way to go. Mother’s Day brunches are typically abundant, but very popular. Another thoughtful option is to take Mom out for a nice dinner in honor of Mother’s Day. take a walk through the garden,A family picnic may be just what Mom needs.
You can even try a get away weekend A mud bath at a spa, a wine country getaway, camping, hiking, kayaking or visiting the city, taking the weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day can be a relaxing, soothing change of pace.
These were just a few tips but of course anything that speaks straight from the heart is way more giving.

Tiger woods
It seems tiger woods PR reps advised him to make a public apology. This tactic was probably used to win his fans over and get the crowd on his side. We are sympathetic to your situation but will that be enough to keep his endorsements
People what do you think about the situation?

A 33-year-old father pleaded guilty Monday in the drunken driving deaths of five children, including three of his own, who drowned last year after he lost control of his car and veered into a rain-swollen ditch.
Chanton Jenkins, of Houston, pleaded guilty to five counts of intoxication manslaughter just before his trial was set to start.

Latest on cameron douglas
So has anyone heard the latest on micheal douglas son?
Well I have the scoop, on my journey to find out the the facts I ran across FRAZIER MOORE article, he writes, “Michael Douglas believes his son's five-year sentence for dealing drugs could be a lifesaver, he said Monday on NBC's "Today," describing the prison term as "adequate."
“Douglas expressed hope that incarceration would give 31-year-old Cameron Douglas the time he needs to kick the drug habit that has plagued him since he was 13.”
Does anyone have comments on this recent update

donate an organ
A message from lifenet health
The Life Net Health Foundation is a charitable organization that raises funds to support the donor family services program of Life Net Health, awareness programs which promote the vital need for donation and research and development efforts surrounding transplantation.
Your gift will enable us to continue supporting our donor family services program so more families can be helped through the grief of losing their loved one. We will be able to continue awareness activities of the shortage of organ and tissue donors and encourage people to register as donors on Save7Lives.org. And finally, your support will provide us with the critical funds to continue our life changing research and development efforts. Efforts that in the future will allow us to repair cartilage and provide a permanent cure for babies born with congenital heart defects.

hair disaster
Freshmen year I came to VSU with long dark/brown hair and by the time I left school my hair was badly damaged. My hair broke off and was very dry. Just like any other student at VSU I blamed it on the water, although this myth could be true we all know it’s not just the water. To prevent breakage and hair disasters, as stated on http://www.hairstylescut.com/advice/damaged-weak-hair.htm, here go some tips for you college students.
1. Regularly cut and trim damaged areas with split ends or poorly maintained layers.
2. Hair coloring products and dyes can make your hair damage and harsh chemical in coloring can damages hair and restrict their growth.
3. Use shampoo suitable for your hair type and remember that hair is more delicate and can easily be damaged when wet.
4. Long hair needs regular conditioning to rejuvenate strands that may be years old.
5. Drink plenty of water for natural moisture to hair.
6. Eat a balanced diet including multivitamins and proteins to encourage hair growth.
7. Massage your hair with hot oil before washing and exercise also helps to stimulate blood flow to the scalp and hair follicles.
Avoid stressful situations that may prompt hair loss

is bpork bad for you?
There are many people who do not eat pork, I being a one of them but is pork really bad for you? I actually was raised not eating pork and that’s why I don’t eat it to this day. My father always bashed pork, saying it was the filthiest animal alive and there was no reason to eat it because it doesn’t provide you with anything healthy. According to hubpages.com, writer arkwriter states that “Pig's bodies contain many toxins, worms and latent diseases. Although some of these infestations are harbored in other animals, modern veterinarians say that pigs are far more predisposed to these illnesses than other animals. This could be because pigs like to scavenge and will eat any kind of food, including dead insects, worms, rotting carcasses, excreta (including their own), garbage, and other pigs.
Pig meat contains excessive quantities of histamine and imidazole compounds, which can lead to itching and inflammation; growth hormone, which promotes inflammation and growth; sulfur-containing mesenchymal mucus, which leads to swelling and deposits of mucus in tendons and cartilage, resulting in arthritis, rheumatism, etc. Sulfur helps cause firm human tendons and ligaments to be replaced by the pig's soft mesenchymal tissues, and degeneration of human cartilage.”

FAAM all white, was it a success
F.A.A.M. Inc. is a business organization at Virginia state university. April 17th we had our all white affair celebrating our ten year anniversary. I can truly say this event was a huge success. what is the purpose of sleep?
It is now 1:18 AM and I can’t seem to sleep. It’s a known fact that us college student need sleep, according to me that is.
You ever wonder what “sleep” is or why we sleep at all.
According to the world of physiology it helps our body physically recuperate from a day’s worth of activities, labor and work. But what about our minds and emotional health? How does sleep affect those?
Now, a small group of neuroscientists is arguing that at least one vital function of sleep is bound up with learning and memory. A cascade of new findings, in animals and humans, suggest that sleep plays a critical role in flagging and storing important memories, both intellectual and physical, and perhaps in seeing subtle connections that were invisible during waking — a new way to solve a math or Easter egg problem, even an unseen pattern causing stress in a marriage.
The theory is controversial, and some scientists insist that it’s still far from clear whether the sleeping brain can do anything with memories that the waking brain doesn’t also do, in moments of quiet contemplation. For further detail into this information visit the site http://psychcentral.com/blog/archives/2007/10/24/the-purpose-of-sleep/
A question to my audience, why do you think we dream?

are we being controlled? lavatory rats 101
Like lavatory rats are we being controlled? trained how to think, how to act, what to buy, what to wear.
Has anyone ever read Robert Greene book, “The 33 strategies of war? Well I’m sure some of you have, it was given to me by my big brother and since then I haven’t been able to put it down. This book gives you 33 tactics to use while fighting a war, weather physically mentally or emotionally.
One tactic that really caught my attention was the unconventional (dirty) warfare, listed as strategy 23. Robert Greene states “since no creature can survive without the ability to see or sense what is going on around it, make it hard for your enemies to know what is going on around them, including what you are doing. Feed their expectations, manufacture a reality to match their desires, and they will fool themselves. Control people’s perceptions and you control them”. Such powerful words, when I read this and applied it to certain situations that I have gone through I knew and felt exactly what he wrote.
“Control people perceptions and you control them”. To my audience while reading this statement do you feel like maybe your being controlled by the perception of life painted throughout the media which is given to you like a daily dose of medicine through your television screen.
I want answers! To my audience how do you feel? Do you think where being fooled and is there a conspiracy lurking within our nation?

how did yoga work for students at VSU
how can yoga work for you?
People of all ages and physical abilities have been practicing yoga for more than 5,000 years for general well-being. Today, an estimated 12 million Americans practice yoga for conditions as varied as addiction, fatigue and weight management. De-stress and Lower Your Health RisksStudies show that yoga, like many forms of physical activity, can actually help relieve stress.
Emotional stress from daily life often contributes to physical stresses like muscle tension and constricted breathing. Because of its impact on the circulatory system, stress is also linked to cardiovascular disease. By alleviating physical and emotional stress, you may reduce your risk of heart disease and other illnesses.
